Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup butter cold and cubed
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 large egg yolk
Filling
  • 1 cup cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mixed fresh fruits such as berries and kiwi

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, butter, and sugar until crumbly. Add egg yolk and mix until dough forms.
  2. Press the dough into tartlet pans and chill for 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the crusts for 15 minutes or until golden.
Prepare the filling
  1. In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until smooth.
  2. Fill the cooled tartlet crusts with the cream cheese mixture.
  3. Top with mixed fresh fruits.
