Fish
  • 4 fillets Branzino
Salsa
  • 1 cup Olives sliced
  • 1 cup Citrus zest and juice of lemon and orange
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper

Method
 

Prepare the Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine olives, citrus zest, citrus juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Cook the Branzino
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the branzino fillets for about 5 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
Serve
  1. Top the cooked branzino with the citrus olive salsa and serve immediately.
