Wild Greens Dandelion Pizza

Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 cup Warm water
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Yeast
Toppings
  • 2 cups Dandelion greens Chopped
  • 1 cup Mozzarella cheese Shredded
  • 1 cup Tomato sauce
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Oregano

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, sugar, and yeast.
  2. Add warm water and olive oil, then knead until smooth.
  3. Let the dough rise for 30 minutes.
Assemble the Pizza
  1. Preheat the oven to 475°F (245°C).
  2. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
  3. Spread tomato sauce over the dough.
  4. Top with dandelion greens, mozzarella, garlic powder, and oregano.
Bake the Pizza
  1. Transfer the pizza to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
