Ingredients
  

Watermelon Salsa
  • 4 cups diced watermelon
  • 1 cup diced red onion
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro
  • 1 medium jalapeño pepper seeded and minced
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

Method
 

Prepare Watermelon Salsa
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine diced watermelon, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt. Mix well.
Make Cinnamon Tortilla Chips
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brush both sides of each tortilla with melted butter.
  3. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl, then sprinkle over the tortillas.
  4. Cut tortillas into wedges and arrange on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes or until crispy.
