Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups watermelon, cubed
  • 1/4 cup sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice freshly squeezed

Method
 

  1. Puree the watermelon in a blender until smooth.
  2. In a bowl, mix the pureed watermelon with sugar and lime juice.
  3. Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours, scraping with a fork every 30 minutes to create a fluffy texture.
  4. Once fully frozen, scrape the granita with a fork to fluff it up and serve immediately.
