Ingredients
  

Ice Cream
  • 2 cups blackberry puree
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon lavender dried
  • 1 tablespoon Earl Grey tea loose leaf
  • 1/2 cup agave syrup
Float
  • 4 cups sparkling water

Method
 

Make the Ice Cream
  1. Blend blackberry puree, coconut milk, almond milk, lavender, Earl Grey tea, and agave syrup until smooth.
  2. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
  3. Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.
  4. Transfer to a container and freeze until firm.
Assemble the Float
  1. Fill glasses with sparkling water.
  2. Add a scoop of the lavender Earl Grey blackberry ice cream to each glass.
  3. Serve immediately.
