Ingredients
  

Cake Base
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
Milk Mixture
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup whole milk
Topping
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Method
 

Cake Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a baking pan.
  2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, and baking powder.
  3. In another bowl, combine the milk, eggs, and melted butter. Mix well.
  4. Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
  5. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan and bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Milk Soaking
  1. In a bowl, mix together the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, and whole milk.
  2. Once the cake is baked and cooled, poke holes all over the top and pour the milk mixture over it.
  3. Let the cake absorb the milk for at least 1 hour in the refrigerator.
Topping
  1. In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until soft peaks form.
  2. Spread the whipped cream over the soaked cake before serving.
