Ingredients
  

Marinade
  • 1 cup Plain yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
Chicken
  • 1.5 pounds Boneless chicken thighs Cut into cubes

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a bowl, mix yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, garlic paste, ginger paste, and salt to create the marinade.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Thread marinated chicken onto skewers.
Cooking
  1. Place skewers on the grill and cook for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
  2. Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
