Fruit Mixture
  • 2 cups fresh fruit such as berries or mango
  • 1 cup juice such as orange or apple
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional for sweetness

Prepare the Mixture
  1. Blend the fresh fruit, juice, and honey until smooth.
Fill Molds
  1. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
Freeze
  1. Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
Serve
  1. Remove from molds and enjoy your summer lollies!
