Filling
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries sliced
French Toast
  • 8 slices bread thick slices
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp butter for cooking

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Fold in the sliced strawberries gently.
Prepare the French Toast
  1. In another bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon.
  2. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, ensuring both sides are coated.
  3. Spread the filling between two slices of bread to create a sandwich.
Cook
  1. Heat butter on a griddle over medium heat.
  2. Cook the stuffed sandwiches for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
