Preparation
- Marinate the short ribs in red wine, olive oil, prunes, olives, capers, garlic, oregano, thyme, and black pepper for at least 12 hours.
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cooking
- Place the marinated short ribs in a Dutch oven and cover with the marinade.
- Cover and cook in the preheated oven for 3 hours or until tender.
