Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 packet active dry yeast
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Raspberry Filling
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine warm milk and yeast. Let it sit for 5 minutes.
  2. Add sugar, melted butter, eggs, and salt to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. Gradually add flour until a dough forms. Knead for about 10 minutes.
  4. Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise for 1 hour.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In a saucepan, combine raspberries, sugar, and lemon juice. Cook over medium heat until thickened.
Assemble the Loaf
  1. Roll out the dough on a floured surface into a rectangle.
  2. Spread the raspberry filling over the dough.
  3. Roll the dough tightly and place it in a greased loaf pan.
  4. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.
Bake the Loaf
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Bake the loaf for 30-40 minutes until golden brown.
  2. Let cool before slicing.
