  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon baking powder
Wet Ingredients
  • 1 cup milk warm
  • 2 tablespoons butter melted
  • 1 large egg

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients.
  2. In another bowl, whisk together the wet ingredients.
  3. Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix until just combined.
  4. Let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Cooking
  1. Preheat a griddle over medium heat.
  2. Use a cookie cutter to shape the muffins and place them on the griddle.
  3. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
