Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
Filling
  • 1 cup fruit filling (e.g., jam or fresh fruit)

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt.
  2. Add sour cream and egg, mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth.
Shape and Bake
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  3. Place a spoonful of fruit filling in the center of each circle.
  4. Fold the dough over and seal the edges.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
