Ingredients
  

Peppers
  • 4 bell peppers any color
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 teaspoon salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper to taste
  • 2 cloves garlic minced

Method
 

Roasting the Peppers
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Wash and slice the bell peppers in half, removing seeds and stems.
  3. Place the peppers cut side up on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle olive oil over the peppers and season with salt, black pepper, and minced garlic.
  5. Roast in the oven for about 30 minutes, or until the peppers are tender and slightly charred.
  6. Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving.
