Ingredients
  

Berries
  • 2 cups mixed berries fresh or frozen
Cream mixture
  • 1 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Method
 

Prepare the berry mixture
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the mixed berries with a fork until slightly chunky.
Combine ingredients
  1. In another bowl, whisk together the whipped heavy cream, sweetened condensed milk, and vanilla extract until well combined.
  2. Gently fold in the mashed berries into the cream mixture.
Freeze the ice cream
  1. Transfer the mixture to a freezer-safe container and smooth the top.
  2. Cover and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
