Prepare the Matcha Cream
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the heavy cream, mascarpone cheese, matcha powder, and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Tiramisu
- In a shallow dish, combine the brewed coffee and coffee liqueur. Quickly dip each ladyfinger into the coffee mixture and layer them in the bottom of a 9x9 inch dish.
- Spread half of the matcha cream over the ladyfingers. Repeat the layers with the remaining ladyfingers and matcha cream.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Before serving, dust the top with extra matcha powder.
