Ingredients
  

Filling
  • 4 medium potatoes peeled and sliced
  • 1 cup bacon cooked and crumbled
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese shredded
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
Crust
  • 1 package pie crust store-bought or homemade

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sliced potatoes, crumbled bacon, shredded cheddar cheese, sour cream, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly coated.
  4. Place the pie crust in the pie dish and fill it with the potato mixture.
  5. Cover with another layer of pie crust if desired, and cut slits for steam to escape.
Baking
  1. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and the filling is bubbly.
  2. Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
