Ingredients
  

Chickpeas
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas
Tahini Sauce
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Garnishes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil for drizzling
  • 1 tablespoon paprika for sprinkling
  • 1 tablespoon parsley chopped, for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Chickpeas
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked chickpeas with the tahini sauce ingredients.
  2. Mix well until the chickpeas are coated with the sauce.
Serve
  1. Transfer the chickpeas to a serving dish.
  2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika and parsley.
