Ingredients
  

Dumpling Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Filling
  • 1 cup ground pork
  • 1/2 cup shrimp, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons green onions, chopped

Method
 

Prepare the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, water, and vegetable oil to form a dough.
  2. Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until smooth.
  3. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 20 minutes.
Prepare the Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, mix the ground pork, chopped shrimp, soy sauce, sesame oil, and green onions.
Assemble the Dumplings
  1. Roll out the dough and cut into circles.
  2. Place a spoonful of filling in the center of each circle and fold to seal.
Steam the Dumplings
  1. Place the dumplings in a steamer and steam for 15 minutes until cooked through.
