Ingredients
  

For the Burgers
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 1 Jalapeño, diced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Pepper
For the Corn Fritters
  • 1 cup Corn Kernels
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk

Method
 

Prepare the Burgers
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, diced jalapeño, cheddar cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  2. Form the mixture into patties.
  3. Preheat the grill and cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
Make the Corn Fritters
  1. In another bowl, mix corn, flour, egg, baking powder, and salt until combined.
  2. Heat a frying pan over medium heat and pour spoonfuls of the mixture to form fritters.
  3. Cook until golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
