  • 1 pound mushrooms sliced
Sauce

  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce

  • 1 teaspoon honey

  • 2 stalks green onions sliced

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced mushrooms and cook until they are browned and tender.
  3. In a bowl, mix the gochujang, soy sauce, and honey to create the sauce.
  4. Pour the sauce over the mushrooms and stir to coat evenly.
  5. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
