Chicken
  • 4 pieces chicken thighs boneless and skinless
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce low sodium
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
Vegetables
  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 cups carrots sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, and minced garlic.
  3. Add chicken thighs to the bowl and coat them with the marinade.
Cooking
  1. On a sheet pan, arrange the marinated chicken and surround it with the vegetables.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over the vegetables and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
