Chicken and Potatoes
  • 4 pieces Chicken Breasts boneless and skinless
  • 4 medium Potatoes cubed
  • 1 cup Honey BBQ Sauce store-bought or homemade
  • 1 teaspoon Olive Oil for greasing
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a baking dish with olive oil.
  3. Place the cubed potatoes in the baking dish.
  4. Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then place them on top of the potatoes.
  5. Pour the honey BBQ sauce over the chicken and potatoes, ensuring everything is well coated.
Cooking
  1. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  2. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the potatoes are tender.
  3. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
