Ingredients
  

Nuts and Seeds
  • 1 cup almonds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 1 cup pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup sunflower seeds
Chickpeas
  • 2 cups cooked chickpeas drained and rinsed
Sweetener
  • 2 tablespoons honey
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Method
 

Mixing Ingredients
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chickpeas, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.
  2. Drizzle honey over the mixture and sprinkle with cinnamon and salt.
  3. Toss everything together until well combined.
  4. Store in an airtight container for up to a week.
