Ingredients
  

Chicken Marinade
  • 1 kg chicken breast cut into cubes
  • 1 cup plain yogurt for marination
  • 2 tablespoons tandoori masala
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon garlic paste
  • 1 teaspoon ginger paste
Vegetables
  • 1 bell pepper cut into chunks
  • 1 onion cut into chunks
  • 1 zucchini cut into chunks

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine yogurt, tandoori masala, lemon juice, salt, garlic paste, and ginger paste to make the marinade.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Thread the marinated chicken and vegetables onto skewers.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Grill the skewers for about 15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through.
