Ingredients
  

Vegetables
  • 1 large cucumber diced
  • 2 medium tomatoes chopped
  • 1 medium red onion sliced
  • 1 cup bell pepper chopped
Dressing
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon oregano dried
Toppings
  • 1 cup feta cheese crumbled
  • black to taste pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Chop the cucumber, tomatoes, red onion, and bell pepper into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped vegetables.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Top with crumbled feta cheese and season with black pepper.
