Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 24 cookies Golden Oreo cookies crushed
  • 5 tablespoons butter melted
Filling
  • 16 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped cream for topping
  • 12 cookies Golden Oreo cookies for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the crust
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine crushed Golden Oreo cookies and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan.
Make the filling
  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until well combined.
Assemble the cheesecake
  1. Pour the filling over the crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Serve
  1. Garnish with additional whipped cream and Golden Oreo cookies before serving.
