  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add diced onion and bell pepper, sauté until soft.
  3. Add minced garlic and cook for an additional minute.
  4. Add ground beef, cook until browned.
  5. Stir in soy sauce, sriracha, and brown sugar, mix well.
  6. Cook for another 5 minutes, then serve.
