  • 1 can tuna drained
  • 2 large eggs hard-boiled
  • 1 cup green beans trimmed
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup mixed greens
  • 1 medium cucumber sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for dressing
  • 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar for dressing
  • to taste salt
  • to taste pepper

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Boil the eggs for about 10 minutes, then cool and peel them.
  2. Blanch the green beans in boiling water for 3 minutes, then strain and cool.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tuna, sliced cucumber, halved cherry tomatoes, mixed greens, and green beans.
  4. Slice the hard-boiled eggs and add them to the salad.
  5. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar over the salad, then season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Toss everything gently to combine and serve immediately.
