  • 1 box pistachio cake mix
  • 1 can crushed pineapple drained
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
Topping Ingredients
  • 1 container whipped topping
  • 1/2 cup chopped pistachios for garnish

Method
 

Prepare the Cake
  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the pistachio cake mix, drained crushed pineapple, eggs, and vegetable oil.
  3. Mix until well combined and pour into a greased baking pan.
  4. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Prepare the Topping
  1. Once the cake is cool, spread whipped topping over the cake.
  2. Sprinkle chopped pistachios on top for garnish.
