Ingredients
  

Crust
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter melted
Filling
  • 1 cup mascarpone cheese
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream whipped
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • zest of 1 lemon
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar

Method
 

Prepare the Crust
  1. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a tart pan.
Make the Filling
  1. In a separate bowl, combine mascarpone cheese, whipped heavy cream, lemon juice, lemon zest, and powdered sugar. Mix until smooth.
Assemble the Tart
  1. Spread the filling over the crust evenly. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before serving.
