Preparation

  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the tapioca flour, milk, oil, and salt.
  3. Mix well until smooth.
  4. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
  5. Stir in the grated cheese until fully incorporated.
  6. Scoop the mixture onto a baking sheet, forming small balls.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
