  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 large Egg
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil for frying

Method
 

Preparation
  1. In a mixing bowl, mash the black beans until mostly smooth.
  2. Add breadcrumbs, cumin, chili powder, garlic, and egg to the bowl and mix until combined.
  3. Form the mixture into patties.
  4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
  5. Cook the patties for about 5-7 minutes on each side until golden brown.
