Ingredients
  

Nuts and Seeds
  • 1 cup hazelnuts toasted
  • 1/2 cup sesame seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon coriander seeds toasted
  • 1 tablespoon cumin seeds toasted
Spices
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper freshly ground

Method
 

Prepare Dukkah
  1. Toast the hazelnuts, sesame seeds, coriander seeds, and cumin seeds in a dry skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Let the toasted ingredients cool, then combine them in a food processor with salt and black pepper.
  3. Pulse until the mixture is coarsely ground, being careful not to over-process.
  4. Serve with olive oil and bread for dipping.
