Ingredients
  

Potatoes
  • 2 lbs potatoes peeled and diced
Dressing
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp mustard
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
Toppings
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup green onions sliced

Method
 

Prepare Potatoes
  1. Boil the diced potatoes in salted water until tender, about 15 minutes.
  2. Drain and let cool.
Make Dressing
  1. In a bowl, mix together mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
Combine
  1. Once the potatoes are cool, combine them with the dressing and mix well.
  2. Add chopped celery and green onions, and stir to combine.
Serve
  1. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
