Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 3/4 cup boiling water
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
Filling
  • 4 scallions chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
For frying
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil

Method
 

Prepare the dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour and salt. Gradually add boiling water and mix until a dough forms.
  2. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes until smooth. Cover and let it rest for 30 minutes.
Make the pancakes
  1. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces. Roll out each piece into a thin circle.
  2. Brush with sesame oil, sprinkle with chopped scallions, and roll tightly. Coil the rolled dough into a spiral and flatten gently.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry each pancake for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.
