Method
 

Prepare the Pudding
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mango puree, coconut milk, and sugar. Mix well.
  2. In a separate bowl, dissolve the gelatin in warm water and then add it to the mango mixture.
  3. Pour the mixture into molds and refrigerate for at least 2 hours until set.
