Ingredients
  

Dough
  • 1 package pizza dough store-bought or homemade
Filling
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese shredded
  • 1/2 cup pepperoni sliced
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Topping
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil for brushing
  • 1 tablespoon pizza sauce for dipping

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface.
  3. Cut the dough into squares.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine mozzarella, pepperoni, parmesan, and Italian seasoning.
  5. Place a spoonful of filling on each square of dough.
  6. Fold the dough over to create pockets and seal the edges.
  7. Brush the tops with olive oil.
Baking
  1. Place the pockets on a baking sheet.
  2. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
  3. Serve with pizza sauce for dipping.
