Ingredients
  

Dumpling Filling
  • 2 cups Swiss chard chopped
  • 1 cup Ricotta cheese
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese grated
  • 1 cup Flour for binding
  • 2 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Pepper
Wrapping
  • 12 leaves Swiss chard for wrapping

Method
 

Prepare the Filling
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine Swiss chard, ricotta cheese, Parmesan cheese, flour, eggs, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined.
Wrap the Dumplings
  1. Take a Swiss chard leaf and place a spoonful of filling in the center.
  2. Fold the sides over the filling and roll tightly.
Cook the Dumplings
  1. Bring a large pot of water to a boil.
  2. Place the wrapped dumplings in a steamer and steam for 20-25 minutes.
