Ingredients
  

Pasta Ingredients
  • 400 grams spaghetti
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 cup Calabrian snails cooked and cleaned
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup parsley chopped
  • salt to taste

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Boil water in a large pot and cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté garlic and red pepper flakes until fragrant.
  3. Add the Calabrian snails and cherry tomatoes to the skillet, cooking until the tomatoes soften.
  4. Drain the spaghetti and add it to the skillet, tossing to combine with the sauce.
  5. Stir in chopped parsley and season with salt to taste before serving.
