  • 1 cup shredded cheese cheddar or your choice
  • 4 large eggs beaten
  • 1 cup cooked bacon chopped
  • 1 tablespoon butter for cooking

Method
 

Cooking Instructions
  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add butter.
  2. Pour in the beaten eggs and scramble until cooked.
  3. Place a tortilla in the skillet, add cheese, scrambled eggs, and bacon on one half.
  4. Fold the tortilla over and cook until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Repeat with remaining tortillas and ingredients.
