  • 1 block Firm Tofu Drained and pressed
Seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Method
 

Preparation
  1. Grate the firm tofu using a grater until shredded.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cooking
  1. Add the shredded tofu to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes.
  2. Stir in the soy sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, and smoked paprika.
  3. Cook for an additional 5 minutes until heated through.
