Ingredients
  

Chicken
  • 2 pieces chicken breasts grilled and sliced
Salad
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1 cup cucumber sliced
  • 1 cup carrots shredded
  • 1 cup red bell pepper sliced
Dressing
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice

Method
 

Prepare the Chicken
  1. Grill the chicken breasts until fully cooked, then slice them.
Make the Dressing
  1. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, soy sauce, and lime juice until smooth.
Assemble the Salad
  1. In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cucumber, carrots, and red bell pepper. Top with sliced chicken and drizzle with dressing.
