Dough Ingredients
  • 500 grams Bread Flour
  • 10 grams Salt
  • 7 grams Instant Yeast
  • 350 ml Water Warm
  • 10 grams Sugar

Method
 

Making the Dough
  1. In a mixing bowl, combine bread flour, salt, sugar, and instant yeast.
  2. Gradually add warm water and mix until a dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the dough with a kitchen towel and let it rise for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
Baking
  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C (428°F).
  2. Divide the dough into 4 equal pieces and shape them into baguettes.
  3. Place the baguettes on a baking sheet and let them rise for another 30 minutes.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes until golden brown.
