Ingredients
  

Crab Cake Mixture
  • 1 lb crab meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup bread crumbs preferably panko
  • 1 large egg beaten
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Old Bay seasoning
  • 1 tbsp parsley chopped
  • 1 tsp lemon juice fresh

Method
 

Prepare the Mixture
  1. In a large bowl, combine crab meat, bread crumbs, egg, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, Old Bay seasoning, parsley, and lemon juice. Mix until well combined.
Form the Cakes
  1. Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
Air Fry the Cakes
  1. Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C). Place the crab cakes in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown.
