  • 4 cups shredded lettuce (iceberg or romaine)

  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/3 cup sliced black olives (optional)
  • 1/4 cup chopped fresh cilantro

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat and stir in taco seasoning according to package instructions. Simmer until thickened.
  2. While the beef is cooking, wash and chop the lettuce into bite-sized pieces. Place it at the bottom of a large serving dish.
