  • 1 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour

Instructions

  2. Drain and mash sweet potatoes in a large bowl. Mix in melted butter, brown sugar, eggs, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth.
  3. In a separate bowl, combine rolled oats, chopped pecans, flour, brown sugar, and melted butter until crumbly.
