St. Patrick’s Day Hot Cocoa Bombs are a fun and festive twist on traditional hot chocolate! These delightful chocolate spheres, filled with cocoa powder and mini marshmallows, create a rich and creamy drink when dropped into steaming milk. Ingredients

  • 2 cups chocolate melts (dark, milk, or white)
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup mini marshmallows
  • Green food coloring (optional)
  • Silicone hemisphere molds

Instructions

  1. Melt the chocolate melts in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals until smooth.
  2. Coat the inside of silicone molds with melted chocolate and chill for 10 minutes.
  3. Fill half the molds with cocoa powder and mini marshmallows.
  4. Seal the molds by adding melted chocolate to the edges and pressing halves together.
  5. Chill again for 10 minutes, then remove from molds and drizzle additional melted chocolate on top for decoration.
