  • 2 cups sweetened shredded coconut (or unsweetened)

Instructions

  5. Divide batter between prepared pans and bake for 25–30 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Cool in pans for 10 minutes before transferring to wire racks. Once cool, cover with shredded coconut.
